Refund policy

Damasci’s refund policy includes the return of your online purchase within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange.

For customers in Canada, we cover up to two return shipments per customer in each calendar year. After these complimentary return shipments have been used, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Complimentary return shipping is not available outside Canada. This shipping allowance does not limit the number of otherwise eligible returns or exchanges.

We review suspected return-policy abuse individually and may contact customers to discuss unusual return patterns.

Please note: There will be a $50 re-polishing fee for any returned item which has been engraved.
