We visited around four different jewelry shops in downtown Toronto and Mississauga before deciding on Damascii for our engagement ring, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our decision. My fiancée was extremely happy with the ring she got, and we really loved working with Maher and the team throughout the entire process.

From the initial consultation, Maher took really good care of us. He walked us through all the important aspects of choosing a ring and a diamond, explained the different options available, and helped us make a decision we felt confident about within our budget. He was also very responsive throughout the process and made sure the ring was ready in time for our proposal, which we really appreciated.

Given the trust we had built with Maher, we ended up getting my own men’s engagement ring directly from him as well. He was also able to engrave our initials with a heart on the ring, which added a really beautiful and memorable touch.

Another great perk is that they offer free lifetime polishing for your rings, which is something we’ll definitely be taking advantage of down the road!

Overall, from the customer service and responsiveness to scheduling consultations and the hospitality, the entire experience was fantastic. You can tell Maher genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they get exactly what they’re looking for.

We probably went to 15 different jewelers when shopping for my now fiance's engagement ring. Many tried to enticed with hard sales pitches and discounts, however we end up going with Sam based on a friend's recommendation. We couldn't be happier with the choice! His level of service, product build quality, and communication during the process was unmatched. Sam met with us 3 times to review designs, often making adjustments on the fly in person. He patiently fielded all of our feedback on every aspect of the ring, from the band width to the colour temperature of the bridge stones to the exact specifiation of the center stone. Yagnik’s service is really kind and the process of figuring out and narrowing down what you want is made super easy by his approach. He made sure to meet all your needs or requests.
