We probably went to 15 different jewelers when shopping for my now fiance's engagement ring. Many tried to enticed with hard sales pitches and discounts, however we end up going with Sam based on a friend's recommendation. We couldn't be happier with the choice! His level of service, product build quality, and communication during the process was unmatched. Sam met with us 3 times to review designs, often making adjustments on the fly in person. He patiently fielded all of our feedback on every aspect of the ring, from the band width to the colour temperature of the bridge stones to the exact specifiation of the center stone. My girlfriend and I worked with Sam and he was so amazing to work with. We went to about 8-10 different diamond stores throughout Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Toronto and Sam was the only one who really understood what my girlfriend wanted as she was very picky.
